Portugal: The Ria de Alvor is the focus for environmental education and the A Rocha Centre, Cruzinha, has a nature trail and a display room which is a perfect setting for school groups to learn about the diversity of this area.

USA: By working in schools and the local community, A Rocha USA aims to encourage the development of neighbourhood naturalists and to get kids excited about the wildlife in their locality.
