A Rocha USA is motivated by our Christian faith in the God who created the earth and called it good and by the biblical mandate to care for God's earth. A Rocha USA is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in the United States and is affiliated with the international family of A Rocha projects.

This video gives an overview to what A Rocha is and also highlights the relationship between poverty and environmental degradation.

Our efforts-characterized by A Rocha's 5 C's: Christian, Conservation, Community, Cross-Cultural, and Cooperation- seek to awaken, inspire, equip and engage people-Christians and non-Christians alike-to care for creation. We do this through word, example and hands-on opportunities.

In addition to our efforts in the United States, A Rocha USA supports our sister organizations abroad through financial assistance, publicity, and the sending of volunteers.

Pray. Pray for us to know what we should do to foster a greater love for God's beautiful world. Pray also for an awakening of all Christians to the urgent environmental problems we face- and to the realization that they can be a part of solving them.
