Tom Rowley: Executive Director. Tom has served as a fellow at the Rural Policy Research Institue, project manager at the TVA Rural Studies Program of the University of Kentucky, editor of the Forum for Applied Research and Public Policy and the Rural Monitor, and as an analyst at the USDA Economic Research Service. He has also worked with the National Rural Development Partnership, the National Commission on Agriculture and Rural Development Policy, the President's Council on Sustainable Development, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. Tom lives in Fredericksburg, Texas with his wife Maria and their two children.
Ben Lowe: Outreach Director. Ben graduated in 2007 from Wheaton College and helped organize Wheaton's first national Climate Change Summit. He is currently finishing his first book to be published by Intervarsity Press about how his generation "can care for the planet and its people." Currently Ben lives in Chicago, Illinois.
Dan Harper: Administrator. Dan's past work experience is in horticulture, retail sales and mail order. He lives in Fredericksburg, Texas with his wife Leslie, their three children, 12 chickens and a guinea pig.
