A Rocha Santa Barbara Community

A Rocha Santa Barbara (ARSB) is creating a set of small local initiatives to promote conservation and address the needs of the poor. Each of the six initiatives leverages existing or emerging partnerships with local agencies, both private and governmental, to address such local concerns as coastal habitat restoration, marine mammal data collection, energy consumption, and sustainable organic food supplies for the poor.
